Returns

At Luxe Golf we stand 100% behind our products.  When you purchase from us, you can be confident you are getting high quality golf apparel and accessories.  If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.  You'll be glad to know that we don't charge any restocking fee. 

You can simply request a return by doing the following below:

1.) Email us no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of your order at returns@luxegolf.ca to inform us of your return request with "RETURN REQUEST" on the subject line and follow the instruction on our response email.  To be eligible you must meet the following: 

  • the item being return must be in an unused and/or unworn condition
  • the item being return must be in its original packaging (with tags attached if any)
  • you must include a proof of purchase in your email to us (i.e. Order Number, Full Name, Purchased Date, Email Address used on checkout)

2.) You are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  We encourage you to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible or liable for any items that are lost or damaged while in transit to us. In the event that your returned item is damaged in transit or are not received by us, your sole recourse will be with the shipping company and/or insurance company selected by you to ship and/or insure the returned items.

3.  Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

(i) If an item is approved and accepted for the return, we will issue a refund of the full purchase price of your item.  The refund amount will automatically be applied to the credit card or other method of payment used when you made your original purchase. 

(ii) If an item is rejected for the return (e.g. in a state that it cannot be resold), we will email you and advise you of the reason(s).  We can ship the item back to you, but please note you are responsible for any shipping cost associated for the item being returned to you.

4.  Gift cards are considered non-refundable items.  No refunds will be given for gift cards once they are purchased.

5.  If you haven’t received a refund within 30 days of receiving notice from us that your refund has been issued, contact your credit card company (or company that provided your method of payment) and your bank.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

NOTE: We check each item(s) prior to shipment for quality control and to ensure they are not defective and/or damaged.  Due to limited release of most of our products, we currently do not offer any exchanges.
